What is Amazon's Reward Points Refund Policy?
If you cancel an order that was paid for with Amazon Reward Points, the points will be refunded to your account within 48 hours.
Exceptions to the Policy
There are a few exceptions to the refund policy. If you have more returns or refunds than points earned from purchases or bonuses after the close of each qualifying Daily Deal Day, your points may not be refunded.
How to Get a Refund
To get a refund for points that were used to purchase an order, you can contact Amazon customer service. You can also check the status of your refund by logging into your Amazon account and clicking on "Your Orders".
